Ipsy Bag Product Review • December

   So it's been a very long time since I've last posted. Consistency is definitely something that I need to work on, but that's a conversation for another day. So since I just recently received my Ipsy bag for December and thought that I would talk a little bit about the products that were sent out this month! (I will have all of the products linked at the end of this post).

 

   This is the bag that I was sent this month! It's a silver metallic bag with a glittery trim at the top with a light blue zipper. It's my favorite bag that I have received from Ipsy so far!

 
   The first item that I received was a face wash from Promise Organic. I'm usually pretty hesitant about any sort of skin care just because of how sensitive my skin is, but this cleanser is pH balanced so it's safe on sensitive skin! This scrub include organic honey and aloe which helps to leave your skin super soft.

    The next item that I received was the Precision Shader 239 brush from the brand Luxie. It's a very soft brush, and definitely good for packing on eye shadow as well as blending colors into your crease.

   This next item is the Mesmerizing Mineral Duo in Orchid Ornament from the brand Pixi by Petra. This came with two shimmery eye shadow shades, one was a peachy champagne and the other was a plum. These had a good amount of pigment to them, but a trick to bring out more pigment is to dip your brush in a little bit of water before grabbing the shadows!

   The next item is a brow pencil from the brand tréStiQue, the color shown is espresso.This pencil is not has pigmented as I had hoped it would be. It is good for natural looking brows, however I felt like I really had to work at my brows to add any sort of shape or fill to them. The angle of the pencil does help with more precise lines, I just wish it drew on a little bit darker.

   The last item that I received was the Always On Gel Eye Liner in the shade fishnet by Smashbox, and is honestly my newest obsession. The liner is extremely soft, and draws on very smooth. As well as being waterproof, it also dries for a long-lasting, 24 hour wear.
